Please use this site lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with its operation.

Pricing and Advertising Budgets

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change. Google advertising spend is paid separately and is not included in any management fee. The AI Phone Receptionist may incur additional call usage charges.

Billing, Contracts and Cancellation

All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract or minimum commitment. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect immediately.

If you cancel within the first 15 days of a billing month, you will receive a partial refund for that month. If you cancel after the 15th day of a billing month, the full month is due and no refund is issued for that month.

Setup and Build Fees

One-time setup, onboarding, and website build fees are non-refundable once paid.

Ownership and File Export

Aurumline Growth retains ownership of websites, designs, and materials we create. If you cancel, you may request an export of your website files and content.

Website content, branding, and design on this site belong to Aurumline Growth unless otherwise noted.

Third-Party Service Dependencies

Our services rely on third-party platforms such as Google, phone carriers, hosting providers, and business software. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or pricing changes by those providers.

No Guarantees of Results

We do not guarantee specific advertising results, search rankings, lead volume, or revenue. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

This website and our services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurumline Growth’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or lost-profit damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Louisiana.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted with an updated effective date.
